This Ordering Policy outlines the procedures, terms, and conditions under which customers can place orders with Citizen Watch UK It is intended to ensure a consistent, transparent, and efficient ordering process.

This policy applies to all customers placing orders with Citizen Watch UK through our website.

Ordering Methods

Order Requirements

Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding 5 or more units may require longer lead times.

Custom Orders (e.g. bracelet alterations): Require longer lead times.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received or a formal purchase order is accepted.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days,

Custom orders (e.g. bracelet alterations) will require an additional 2 working days.

Changes & Cancellations

As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, the cancellation period is very small.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee any modifications once the order has been submitted.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Amex and Klarna.

It is not possible to change the payment method after the order has been submitted.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via DPD tracking.

You will receive a unique pin code that is required to accept delivery. 

Estimated delivery times and tracking details will be provided once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Order placed with Citizen Watch UK can only be shipped to a UK address.

Order Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: Contact customer support for assistance after the estimated delivery date.
