Why is my tracking history not syncing between the Wellness app and my phone?

You need to be fully logged into your Fit account with sharing enabled.

Check to make sure…

  • You’re signed into your Google account in the Google Fit phone app
  • You’re signed into your Google account in the Fit watch app
  • You’re signed into your Fit account in the Wellness watch app

It could also be a connection issue.

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on phone and watch
  • Ensure Wear OS phone app indicates connection via Bluetooth to watch
